Measure the big market and find Golden Delicious apples or Chantecler to develop the recipe of October. And do not forget to serve him only with some Catalan sausage which you will find in the butcher's shops of the place, the "boutifarre" in a particular flavor different from the classic black sausage.


  • 2 individual pieces of Catalan sausage
  • 2 soft Apples (Golden or Chantecler for example)
  • Butter
