6. Publication Charter - user reviews

In order for notices to be published they must meet the following criteria:

All audiences:
Texts cannot contain any insults, threats, violent comments, hateful remarks, and any coarse content, which would not be appropriate for family audiences. Rumours, quotes from other sources or other people as well as unintelligible opinions are not allowed.

Exclusive and independent character:
We only accept one opinion per person and per subject. Multiple opinions on the same subject by the same author, questions for other travellers, comments on other authors or other opinions are not permitted.

Texts must only contain the author's words and must not include any citations from other sources. Any published notice requires a valid email address. The latter will not be broadcasted online but exclusively transmitted to the claimant and used to notify the customer of the publication or rejection of his opinion. We reserve the right to use this email address to recontact the notice's author in order to perform an audit on the veracity of the facts expressed in his publication.

 Personal character, a traveller's point of view:
Opinions must relate to personal experience. The opinion must emanate from a natural person who is committed to the veracity of his/her statements. Notices written by the owner or management of an institution pretending to be a client as well as notices written by current or former employees or by any person related to an employee or an establishment listed on our site are prohibited. 

Relevance to other travellers:
Defamation campaigns and content that are irrelevant and useful to tourists are not accepted. Only opinions concerning the current year are authorised. The Tourism in Conflent's Association's website is not a forum or a space for political, ethical or religious debates.

Non-commercial nature:
 We do not publish Internet addresses, commercial e-mails or any other advertising content (e.g. comparison with other institutions). We reserve the right to refuse any website address for any reason whatsoever. Notice drafting must be done according to Standard rules used for e-mails. The unique use of capital letters, HTML tags, excessive use of typographical symbols and slang are not allowed.

Claimant's right of reply:
The Claimant is informed of notice publications concerning his establishment. He has a right to reply. The provider is committed to maintaining a professional tone and language while avoiding formal speech.

Any notice filed on must be moderate before publication. Publication time may vary from 24 hours to 10 working days.
